Slawka has been serving as Honorary Deputy Chair with Rob Purcell over the last 8 months.
With recent Board work focused on Business Development, Strategic Review and Planning for State and Federal Government program changes, our Committee of Management is dedicated to take the organisation’s Business Model to the next steps and to continue to serve the Community of Northern, Eastern and Western Melbourne and beyond.
Slawka, who has a Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors, stated, “It’s an honour and a privilege to assist older people; people who may be socially disadvantaged and people with a disability and their carers to be able to get out and about for everyday activities such as shopping, catching up with family and friends and attending group social and recreational activities. I look forward to working with all who serve at LINK to strengthen and grow the organisation and the Community Transport Industry.
I would also like to thank the Committee of Management for their support and especially Rob Purcell for his leadership and dedication.”
