What LINK does
LINK provides services to the following individuals and communities who do not have other means of getting out and about:
- Indigenous Australian aged 50+
- Seniors aged 65+
- People with a disability and their Carers
- Private passengers who choose an alternative to business operators such as TAXIs and Uber in order to support an organisation that is making a difference.

LINK also provides transport solutions for organisations wanting to outsource their transport needs. We can provide a range of transport services to local Government, community organisations and corporate businesses including any, some or all of the below:
- Client scheduling
- Driver rostering
- Site safety assessments
- Vehicle provision and logistics, and;
- Employee recruitment, supervision and management.

Where LINK operates
LINK currently operates in 108 suburbs in the Northern and Western suburbs of Metropolitan Melbourne and is rapidly growing its coverage.
We operate out of 6 depot areas including: Thomastown (head office), Sunbury, Hurstbridge, Hoppers Crossing, Maribyrnong and Brimbank.
