Communities Supported
Our transport services reflect the importance of social and community connections. They help us promote both physical and mental health for older people and people with a disability, and their carers.
The service aims to provide support for people who are experiencing difficulties in managing daily tasks but who wish to continue living at home. For example, we assist people with transport to do their shopping, meet up with friends and attend social and recreational activities.
