Requesting a trip
New clients need to contact us at least 10 working days prior to the intended first trip to allow enough time for assessment, registration and scheduling.
For existing clients we require 3 working days notice before your intended travel.
- Your name
- Contact phone number
- Date of your request
- Your appointment time (Please note we will advise you of the time your driver will pick you up, this is usually a 30 minute window)
- LINK endeavours to meet every request, but in times of high demand and short notice, we may not be able to always accomodate requests
- Please advise of cancellations as soon as possible.
