About Us

Link Community Transport Inc (LINK) is a non-for-profit, charitable organisation, providing transport solutions for people and communities across Victoria since 1979.

LINK makes well over 700 trips per week transporting people experiencing transport disadvantage, offering a safe and reliable door to door service. We create the difference between an elderly or disabled person feeling isolated in their home or living a vibrant social life within their community.

About You

We are currently looking for a volunteer graphic designer with imagination and flair to design various online and offline collateral to help us get the word out there and service even more people experiencing transport disadvantage.

Bring forward your eye for detail and creativity as you assist in overhauling and updating our brand. You will gain valuable experience and be able to expand your portfolio ensuring you future proof your career path. The scope of this role includes:

 

  • Update of the LINK Style Guide
  • Designing a wide range of marketing literature including: brochures, posters, cards, client handbooks, volunteer training collateral etc.
  • Updating and modernising our website and online presence

Ideally you have these up your sleeve, too:

  • Completed or studying towards a tertiary qualification within the design space
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An Adobe whiz
  • Knowledge with HTML and User Experience (Word Press knowledge is highly desirable)

The role can be adapted to suit the level of skill and commitment for the right candidate. This is a casual role, and it can be a combination of on site and remote work, with the onsite work taking place from our head office in Thomastown. This volunteering position is of a flexible duration.
